Moose Jaw Housing Authority Our mission is to deliver quality, safe and affordable housing and programs within the community. Applications are available on our website.

The Moose Jaw Housing Authority has been entrusted by the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) to manage and maintain over 900 housing units in the city of Moose Jaw. Our housing units provide adequate, suitable and affordable housing for the benefit of low-to-moderate income seniors, families, and persons with disabilities. The Moose Jaw Housing Authority manages and administers housing programs on behalf of the provincial government (as prescribed by SHC) targeted to low-to-moderate income homeowners and households. We deliver excellently maintained homes and buildings serviced by qualified and courteous maintenance staff. Rent-based-on-income rental homes for families, adults 55 years and over, and persons with disabilities. Delivery of Saskatchewan Assisted Living Services (SALS) in buildings dedicated to adults 55+. Family housing is for single or two-parent families with one or more dependent children. Adult housing is for anyone 55 years of age or older and capable of independent living. Applicants must be either a Canadian Citizen or a Landed Immigrant.
