June Market Stats📈

Another month has come and gone! The month of June saw 151 single family home sales, up from 113 last month. Active listings are down from 427 in May to 403 for the month of June. This is trending towards the typical slow down we see in the market for the months of July and August, just in time for things to pick back up again in September!

May Market Stats📈

The market has remained fairly steady in the last month, with single family home sales up from 108 in the month of April to 113 in May. Comparatively to last year, there were 99 single family home sales in May of 2024 so we are not seeing a huge change there either.
