I am sharing this WONDERFUL feedback we have received from one of amazing clients that we had the privilege to work with recently:

***"Dear New Level Movers Team:

Hello!

I am writing this letter with deep gratitude to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service your company provided during our move.

From the initial communication to the completion of the move, the entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism. You arrived on time and worked efficiently and collaboratively, making the entire move easy and smooth. Every staff member was very responsible and handled our belongings with great care, which gave us peace of mind.

Furthermore, your company's pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no extra burdens, which gave us great reassurance. In today's service industry, it is truly rare to find someone who is both professional and trustworthy.

This experience has given us complete trust in your company. If we need to move again in the future, we will definitely choose you again and will recommend your services to our friends and family.

Thank you again for your hard work and excellent service. We wish your company continued success and prosperity!"***

We are truly grateful to have and to work with such amazing people in our community!

NOT your average moving services company!

"Family run business you can trust. Jason and his team are top notch. Professional, courteous and provide quality moving services.
These are my go to guys for moving on the Island!"

"Great experience right away, starting at the very first email. Jay and his team are awesome. The whole booking process was easy. Very easy going and friendly and also professional. Quick and friendly responses every time. The guys that moved our stuff were awesome, friendly, strong, efficient and careful. Everything was protected and wrapped. Carpets laid down to protect floors. Best moving company I have ever used and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again for future moves. Great experience, keep up the awesome work team"

"If you are in need of fantastic, reliable, conscientious movers, look no further!! We were so impressed with New Level Movers this am! They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. Not only did they take such good care of the two antique dressers that we needed moved (they wrapped 'em up nice and secure), they came with mat runners to protect our floors. This affordable service was completed in less than an hour. Can't recommend this small, local moving company enough!!! Thanks again Jay and team"

New Level Movers has raised the bar for the standard of quality and care in the industry.

* Genuine Local small business. It's very competitive out there! We are legitimately local. There are many companies that advertise as LOCAL MOVERS but are actually based elsewhere, including other provinces! *

Our goal is to provide the highest quality workmanship and exceptional customer care every day on every job! We maintain consistent top tier performance BECAUSE we are small - maintaining an OUTSTANDING team of 5 - 6 full time team members and a few part time hands. Quality control is easier to control when your small!

There are many reasons why we are one of Nanaimo's (and Vancouver Islands) top choice for moving services!

Weeeeooooo! Wonderful Day

This is what you strive for on every job:

(Feedback from a recent project)
"These guys rock!!! I dealt with the owner, Jay, and his wife, Heather, to begin with; and they were super friendly, accommodating, answered any questions I had, and the pricing was more than fair!

On the day of the move, Dante and Matthew were my moving guys and they were EXCEPTIONAL! Friendly and so efficient! I can not recommend this business more! If you’re looking for high quality, friendly, efficient, and affordable movers, you HAVE to go with New Level Movers!

Thank you all so much for making a very stressful move, super smooth! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!"
