Based out of beautiful Nanaimo, BC, PhoenixLite Home Services is a family owned and operated business that was born out of seeing people facing challenges with making changes in their lives.
We know how overwhelming and stressful decluttering, organizing and moving can be.
We also know how a beautiful space can make you feel relaxed, calm and peaceful, and want to help o
thers feel that way.
It is our passion to help others with logistics management to help with their moves and home staging, with a special interest in home organizing, decorating, and design.
We love interacting with people, in a positive and non judgmental way. We know sometimes people feel judged for themselves, the state of their homes or circumstances. Kindness matters.
Meeting or exceeding deadlines and expectations is something we feel very strongly about and strive to achieve in every way. No matter the scale (big or small) or time limitations, we aren't intimidated.
Making life less stressful and seeing our clients enjoying their new homes or spaces gives us satisfaction, happiness and joy.
We believe in communication. We want you to feel heard and we take what you are saying to us to heart. Starting from the planning step all the way through to setting up maintenance ideas at the end of a project, we will be there for you.
We are experienced with and committed to a circular economy. This means that we will reuse or repurpose as much as we can. If we need to sell or donate items, we take special care to make sure they are going to where they can do the most good in the community. Even if you no longer need something in your life, it can find a new home and purpose.
The other services that we recommend, such as movers and cleaners, are also vetted and have the same core principles and commitment to customer service as we do.
