We spent the weekend away in beautiful Naramata celebrating Hewer’s birthday. We went on a wine tour, walked around the town to explore (and check out the local real estate - obviously!), had some delicious meals, dipped in the lake, and even managed to sell 4 homes while we were at it!

Now we’re back to reality and back to work. Looking forward to the busy months ahead, all while balancing it with some more summer adventures, and hopefully a bit more wine!

May Stats!📈

The market has remained fairly steady since last month. We saw 107 sales for single family homes which is fairly on par with May of 2025 where we saw 113 sales.
