Today is the Costume Boo-tique at Country Club Centre put on by West Coast Costume Society from 11am-2pm! Come and shop for a gently used costume for yourself or your kids! There are so many aweosme costumes.

September Stats 📈

September brought a measured pace to the Nanaimo real estate market, with buyers continuing to take their time and compare their options. Inventory remains elevated, giving buyers more choice, while well-priced and well-presented homes continue to attract attention.

Overall, the market remains balanced, with pricing relatively steady and properties taking a little longer to sell than during the busier periods of the market.
