JULY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Vancouver Island housing market showed encouraging signs of improvement in July with increased activity. While sales remained lower than last year, the market continues to move toward balance with more active listings and steady home prices.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• July sales were 11% lower than the previous year.
• There were 2% more active listings than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for a single-family home was $794,500.
