I generally service Mill Bay to Qualicum and Bowser ourselves. There are some fantastic communities for you to explore and I would love to show them to you. Properties here are generally classified as single family OR Condo/Strata OR Lots. Condo/Strata includes mobiles on pad rentals, townhomes, apartments, or patio homes. We have many communities restricted to the 55 and older crowd. These are great for the active retiree's. Single family homes can be freehold or bareland strata. Bareland strata means that there is a monthly condo fee which generally covers things like sewer, water, roads, snow removal but varies by property. From waterfront to acreages and farms, we have it all! I am open for business Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. otherwise by appointment.
