These Frenchies have a way of filling our home with laughter, chaos, cuddles, and more personality than should be possible in two little bodies. 😂

They remind me to slow down, enjoy the simple things, get outside, and never underestimate the power of a good snuggle.

Wouldn’t trade the muddy paws, the snoring, the stubbornness, or the endless entertainment for anything. 💕

This year has been wild. So many changes, so many lessons.

I’ve found a new appreciation and love for my health, the changing seasons of a woman’s body, and the quiet wisdom that comes with growing older.

I’m learning to see time differently—not as something to chase, but as a gift to be intentional with.

More grateful for the people I love. More confident in who I am. More aware of what truly matters.

And with drawing closer to being an empty nester… I’m learning to savour this season a little more.
