I relocated to Vancouver Island in 1993 from the Langley area in search of a more relaxed lifestyle for my growing family. I obtained my real estate license 12 years ago, and spent time working with Coast Realty and RE/Max, before making the decision to join the team at 460 Realty. I first became interested in pursuing it as a career in the 1980’s, when I worked at Realty World’s head office as a

trainer. For the past 30 years, I have helped to assist my husband on a number of residential construction projects, and have accumulated a wealth of knowledge on the ins and outs of construction and renovations, project marketing and commercial multi-family unit sales. I also spent time managing a large furniture retail store, and am very well-versed on decorating trends. I am not afraid to go the extra mile to get the job done for my clients. I recognize that sellers want to sell and buyers want to buy, but there are always obstacles in between that need to be overcome. As an empathetic and creative problem solver, I am committed to helping my clients find solutions that work for all parties involved. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with the most important people in my life: my family. I have raised four children (three boys and a girl) on Vancouver Island, one of whom was born here. I also have one grandson whom I loves to bits! I also have a passion for cooking and music, and loves to share recipes with my friends and family. In my downtime, you will usually find me in the kitchen, where I love to cook a gourmet meal with a nice glass of wine and my favourite music playing in the background.
