Concise Strata utilized the services of a third party accountant to establish our financial services setting the groundwork & allowing us to offer our clients a range and quality of service not normally found in property management organizations. Currently our Chief Operating Officer, CGA and B. Sci (Hon), works continously with accounting staff to ensure that the financial services we provide meet, and exceed, industry regulations and standards. The COO is unique to our industry as he has exclusively applied his accounting expertise to the financial management of strata corporations for the past 13 years and is a key part of our executive team. Our computer network service gives Concise Strata technical support, backup and data security for our systems and most importantly for our clients. It is essential in maintaining accurate records. All employees are covered by a $1,000,000.00 Fidelity Bond in addition to the nominal bonding requirements under our licensing through the Real Estate Council. Concise Strata also carries Errors and Omissions Insurance for both management and staff.
