Born and raised in Kelowna, BC, Kai has called Vancouver Island home for many years. He graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree and brings more than a decade of sales experience to his real estate career.

Kai’s passion for real estate, combined with the encouragement of his family, led him to pursue his REALTOR® license through UBC Sauder School of Business.

With a strong background in sales, online marketing, and social media, Kai understands how to connect with people and turn online conversations into meaningful relationships. In his previous role in automotive sales, he was the primary sales agent responsible for online advertising, social media campaigns, and — as he puts it — turning an email into a handshake.

Meet Trav!

Originally from Northern BC, Travis has called Vancouver Island home for the past 26 years, including more than two decades in Nanaimo. He’s worked throughout the Mid-Island, from Victoria to Courtenay-Comox, and knows the communities in between inside and out.

For Travis, real estate is about more than finding the right house - it’s about finding the right community and lifestyle. He especially enjoys helping families, remote workers, and relocation buyers moving from Alberta and the Lower Mainland discover what life on Vancouver Island is really like.

Through virtual showings, neighbourhood tours, video walkthroughs, and local insight, Travis makes the relocation process easier and helps clients feel confident about where they’re choosing to call home.

Meet Kiel!

Originally from Prince George, Kiel has called Nanaimo home since 2002 and has spent more than two decades getting to know Vancouver Island.

Before real estate, Kiel worked as a telecommunications technician, driving through communities from Duncan to Courtenay. That experience gave him an incredible, street-by-street knowledge of the Island - knowledge he now brings to helping clients find not just the right home, but the right community.

Together with Travis, Kiel leads Bach Real Estate, with a focus on lifestyle, relocation, and helping families find their place on Vancouver Island. He especially enjoys working with buyers relocating from Alberta and the Lower Mainland, helping them understand what everyday life is really like here.
