25 years… and so much to be thankful for! 🍁❤️

Since opening my doors in September 2001, I’ve had the joy of welcoming guests from all corners of the world.

What a journey it’s been! So many wonderful people, beautiful memories, friendships, and a few wild adventures along the way! 😂

Through all the ups and downs, one thing hasn’t changed….I still LOVE taking care of people.

Meanwhile, at Morning Star & Bunkieland… 🐻🌿

One of the joys of living in the Kootenays is sharing this beautiful place with the wildlife around us.

This handsome visitor stopped by our sister property today — a wonderful reminder that nature is never very far away here in Nelson. We admire from a safe distance, give them plenty of space, and do our part to coexist.

What a beautiful summer evening in ! ✨🥰

Baker Street came alive last night …great turnout, good food, great music, and lots of familiar faces.

Dinner THE OUTER CLOVE definitely didn’t disappoint, and I loved Aaron Pasacreta voice and original music. 🎶 So nice to catch up with friends, soak in the Nelson vibe, and just enjoy a wonderful evening all around.

One of my favourite little spring rituals is visiting Fletcher Falls near Kaslo — especially this time of year when the waterfall is raging with snowmelt and the forest feels so alive again.
