We are currently taking applications for units (bachelor type units in Coady’s Place and bachelor, 1–2-bedroom units in Coady’s Place Phase II).

Coady’s Place Phase II units are scheduled to be available during the summer of 2024.

Coady’s Phase I units come with mini-fridge, stove, microwave, and air fryer. Newer units come with fridge and stove/oven. Rent includes power, heating, and basic internet. We also offer complimentary laundry facilities.
