What an incredible year 2020 has been in so many ways!
Despite the pandemic, with the support of my family, friends and CLIENTS, I reached a massive milestone in my real estate career!

The Yellow Diamond Award is a huge accomplishment as well as being recognized for selling the most volume in any one year since the incorporation of Blinkhorn Real Estate in 2005.

We may not have been able to host our annual Winter Carnival this year but we still wanted to treat the North End to a fireworks show! We'll be setting off a show on Saturday, February 13th at 7:00 p.m.

Please keep in mind that public health restrictions are still in effect and it is strongly recommended to watch from your vehicle or from a distance to help reduce the number of people around the ball field. If watching at the Rec Centre, please remain with your family bubbles (no more than 10 people in a group), maintain 6 feet distance from other bubbles and wear a mask if appropriate distance cannot be maintained.

*Reminder that the building is not open to the public at this time and there will be no access to washrooms. The main (paved) parking lot and ball field will be closed.*

11 years ago I started my real estate career, at that time it was a crazy idea as I only knew 6 people in Pictou County 4 of them were my family lol. Lots of sleepless nights, countless hours , stressed days but I made it through with the support of my lovely wife and awesome kids. Fast forward, Platinum PLUS award is in the book and I could have not done it without YOU.

To all of YOU clients and friends, you became my extended family and I'm humbled and honoured that i met you and became part of your journey.

Exciting news for first time buyers in Nova Scotia - yesterday's provincial budget DOUBLED the Down Payment Assistance Program's (DPAP) budget. Starting April 1, 2020, there will be $2.2 million available for first time buyers in our province!

This program was created and piloted in partnership with REALTORS® for home buyers in our province.
