Renovating or upgrading a home before it's listed can be a great way to generate some return on investment, but the cost of labour and materials can often rack up quite a budget over time. If your sellers have a higher budget, one allowing for unforeseen costs, there are many options that can significantly increase the price of their home.

🍽 Kitchen renovations can be partial to full, depending on the state of the current one. For partial renovations, consider replacing the countertops, cabinetry or appliances. For a full upgrade, consider changing the layout and allowing for a larger island with more storage space.

🚻 Finishing your basement and turning it into a multipurpose space can improve the look of the home to prospective buyers. It increases the amount of living space, but still functions as storage space if they so choose.

🏡 Replacing the doors, windows and siding on the home can give it a more stylized or modern look compared to what may have become outdated or worn down over time.
