The average report is approximately 15 pages in length. I inspect the structure for it soundness and the systems ( Heating System, Plumbing System, and Electrical System ) as well. I’ll answer all of your home owners insurance companies questions as well as providing you with a time line of when thing will need to be done in the future ( such as: caulking, re-roofing, window and door replacement, ect. ). I also provide as much additional information as possible to tweak the property ( ways to improve the properties energy efficiency, dates on items, ect. ).
