Before coming to us, this property had previously been listed with another agent and ultimately reached expiry. As you can imagine, the sellers were frustrated, discouraged, and wondering what the next step looked like.

Sometimes a property does not need a different home, it needs a different strategy.

We took a fresh look at the positioning, adjusted the approach, created a new game plan, and got to work. In today's market, simply putting a home online is not always enough. It takes adaptability, problem solving, persistence, and sometimes a little creativity.

Another one officially off the market, and proof that strategy matters, especially in today's market.

We came to market at the same time as another fully renovated vacant unit in the building. Our listing was largely original, had room for updates, and was tenant occupied, all factors that can create additional challenges in a softer market.

But real estate isn't always about having the newest finishes or a picture perfect setup. Success comes down to strategy, positioning, marketing, and knowing how to navigate changing market conditions.

In a shifting market, creativity and problem solving matter. Getting results and helping clients move forward in a timely manner matters too.
