Property of the week! At Redbrick Properties, we are proud of our work on developing, owning and managing rental housing throughout Greater Vancouver. In the City of , Residences at the Heights is Coquitlam's first purpose-built 100% market rental building in over 40 years! This amazing project became the template for Coquitlam's new Housing Affordability Strategy to remove regulatory barriers and encourage much-needed new rental housing supply by reducing minimum parking mandates and increasing density for purpose-built rental housing projects. Subsequently, thousands of units of new rental housing were proposed and currently under in the City of Coquitlam which now leads the region and possibly the entire country on new rental housing supply per capita!
