NEW PARKADE MONITORING SYSTEM
All vehicles that are parked within our parkade must be registered, whether you own an assigned or an unassigned random stall.
Diamond Parking will email you a link to download their app, from there you will create an account using your email address and a new password.
Please ensure that you have previously registered an email with your FSR portal Connect through or if you're a tenant you must make arrangements with your landlord to receive a link.
Whomever you permit to park in your stall can use the same login information that you've created, simply share the login name and the password with them.
Diamond Parking is not assigning or reassigning stalls to Residents. Your suite already has either an assigned stall or is permitted to park in a random unassigned stall on levels P4/P5 and up to but not beyond the red circular sign on P6.
Diamond Parking will be patrolling the lot, ticketing and we will be towing unregistered illegally parked vehicles.
Residents will have a grace period of one week where patrollers will only put a warning notification on your vehicle windshield if it's not registered.
Candi will be participating in a workshop for training on Dec 12th, she'll be able to assist as required during her posted work hours.
