Role Overview:
- Manages calendar including scheduling and coordinating meetings. Resolves scheduling conflicts and issues.
- Manage the CEO’s priorities, clients accounts, office operations/logistics and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
- Coordinates the work flow within the assigned area. Receives, reviews, and processes information and takes follow-up action as required.
- Develops and implements new work methods and procedures. Identifies problems, develops alternate solutions, and implements changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant or similar role
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive mindset - you look for what needs to be done without waiting for direction
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office, CRM, QuickBooks and Project Management tools and software
- Must be based in the lower mainland area
