I kpet things pretty close to home at first, but my net has widened over the years. New West is still my area of focus but real estate has changed. It’s hard to sell a New West condo and buy a house down the street. It’s hard to move up from one house to another within New Westminster. My reach is a lot more broad, typically representing clients in New West, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Surrey, Langley and Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows. You should expect a few options for strategies before we jump into anything. My desire is to understand your priorities, help you understand how to protect them and be realistic about any risk you’re taking on. I do my best to set you up to avoid surprises. The first half of the year has brought a lot of really wonderful people my way. I've made new friends, reconnected with clients from many years back, and met their referrals who are equally wonderful people to partner with.

I'm extremely grateful for the thoughtful nature of all the people I work with. The approach we choose to take is often mirrored back. Our willingness to work together has been met with collaboration and respect and in the end, the success that we are all looking for.

My thanks go out to my clients, the agents we have encountered this year, and the businesses I partner with for mortgages, inspections, photography and more.

It's been a great first half and I hope anyone reading this gets their opportunity to extend some positivity that will lead to their own version of success for the remainder of 2026.

The best street in Queen's Park? I can always make argument for others, but St. Patrick Street is hard to beat. Location was a primary driver for my clients while we looked for the right property in New West. We definitely got that part right. And to go with it, the house is just the right size, as is the lot. No doubt that this will deliver as a long term home.

I'm really excited to hand over the keys tomorrow. Congratulations to a wonderful couple on finding their forever home!

Beautiful heritage preservation in my own backyard, Queen's Park New Westminster. Bought with me by a local family who loves heritage homes.
