A lot has changed in our real estate business during the last 12-18 months. We closed down our small real estate team that was producing 75-80 transactions per year, we closed the office to work from home, we totally stopped using social media to advertise the houses we sold and what we are doing.

Why? you may ask...
Is it Covid? Is it a mid life crisis? (well, I am 45). Is it health related?
We are happy to tell you it is none of these.
The reasons why are quite simple.
1. We have a passion for real estate just like most of you.
2. Helping 75-80 clients per year was not enough, we have a desire to help thousands.
3. We identified a specific segment of the real estate industry that is broken & embarrassing, lacking professionalism, and we felt the responsibility to fix it.
