In an unpredictable market, the road to SOLD is not always a straight one.

After an offer fell through, we navigated the uncertainty, generated multiple offers, entertained a few very persistent “stalkers” along the way, and ultimately got the deal done.

It wasn’t the number we initially envisioned, but it was the right result in the market we were in—and certainly better than walking away with nothing.
