There was a goal: more space for a growing family without giving up the school and community they love.

We're so excited for D & M and their family as they move into a home that truly fits this next chapter. Their wish list was clear, and this home checked all the boxes.

It was truly an honour to help our client sell her family home—a home that has been filled with love, laughter, and 59 years of cherished memories.

Saying goodbye to a home where so many milestones were celebrated is never easy, but knowing it's being passed on to a young couple who are so excited to begin their own journey makes it that much more special.

Every home has a story, and we're grateful to have been a small part of this one. We wish our seller all the best in her next chapter and can't wait to see the new memories that will be created within these walls for years to come. ❤️🏡

For C & J, being closer to the people they love was worth the move, and we couldn't be happier to have helped make that happen.

We looked at a lot of homes together, taking the time to find the one that truly felt right. And when we walked into the house, we all knew... this was home.

There's something special about having family close by. ❤️

A few years ago, we had the privilege of helping this wonderful family's kids make the move to our area. Since then, Grandma and Grandpa have been making the trip to spend as much time as possible with their grandchild. Between school events, sports, activities, and all the special moments in between... those long drives became part of life.

After plenty of searching, many conversations, and careful thought, they decided it was time. Home would once again be closer to the people who matter most.

And let's be honest... after a couple of tough Bancroft winters filled with endless snow and more than a few power outages, the decision became even easier!

Congratulations on your new chapter! We are so grateful you trusted us once again to help bring your family closer together. Wishing you many years of making memories with your grandchildren—without the long drive home. 🏡❤️
