Sometimes real estate doesn’t go exactly as planned — and that’s when experience, market knowledge and the ability to pivot really matter.
This one had its challenges. After receiving multiple offers, the deal unfortunately fell through due to financing. We regrouped, made the right adjustments, relisted — and once again received multiple offers. The result? Sold over asking, all within one week of relisting! 🎉
It’s a great reminder of why it’s so important to work with an agent who understands the current market, has the experience and skill set to navigate the unexpected, and — just as importantly — listens to their advice when it’s time to make a move.
