Leaving the Austin Texas heat today after a 2 day Buffini conference. It was networking with like-minded realtors in one place. Now back to the grind and implement some processes that are long overdue.

I wasn't able to have my annual pig roast on the August long weekend at the cottage this year due to a conference I attended in las Vegas. However during my Annual Client Appreciation in July, we had a 50 lbs piglet, 4 big chunks of roast beef and over 20 chickens. I was able to celebrate this event with 101 people. I can't wait to do this again next year with all my clients.

I am learning and enjoying a great 100 Year OREA conference in Toronto. The first day was filled with great speakers and networking with fellow Realtors. OREA CEO Tim Hudak and President Bill Clinton were inspiring. Great Entertainment in the evening also.

We were up today at 5:45 am to tackle Piestewa Peak in Phoenix, Az, which is 2608 feet and is second to the Grand Canyon's Bright Angel trail. We beat the heat and made it back to our conference by 8:00 am. Thanks to Jason Fleming, who hosted and showed us the way to the top. This should compensate for my exercise because we are locked in for two days in the conference rooms.

Finally, I'm starting to relax at the cottage. A deal firmed up yesterday with my client's home in Whitby. It has been a challenging time for most buyers who listed their homes after April.
I look forward to this weekend for my annual Pig Roast on Sunday.
