I haven’t shared a post in a while so I wanted to share some snippets of my summer so far!!

The Strawberry Festival was the perfect way to kick off my summer! A lot of work from the board and the committee went in to planning & prepping for the festival, and seeing it all come together was magical!
I helped to organize and run the Red Berry cafe which was new for me this year - & I had to share a video of the before and after in Latcham Hall!! 🍓 (The pie and jam contest also went extremely well!!)

I had a closing this month that I couldn’t be happier with! We found the perfect house for my clients 😌 Helping them start their new chapter in Stouffville was the best feeling!!

& I’ve managed to squeeze in a few road trips with loved ones ❤️

Here’s to many more moments like these this summer!! ☀️

A few weeks ago I represented my clients in purchasing their first home! 🏡

After having their eye on this property for a while, my clients decided the night before the offer date that they couldn’t let this one go without trying. We scheduled a showing for 8pm that night. Submitted an offer the next day… along with 4 other people! There were 5 offers & in the end my clients offer was accepted.

I couldn’t be happier for my clients and I’m so grateful they trusted me with such an important role.

About last night! ✨

What an honour to work with the Jen Ash team to help plan this incredible event. Because of last night so many families with sick children will receive assistance.

So grateful to have found this charity, & to have the time to help where I could. This was my first time working on an event like this, & it was so nice to see all of the talented people work together and pull this off!

(I made the book stands so please enjoy them being in almost every photo 🙊).

☀️Just a little market update so I can share the scenery as I go through Algonquin!

We have had 54 new listings in Whitchurch-Stouffville in the last 7 days, 15 solds, & 13 properties have sold conditionally! New listings are coming up every day, and things are moving (I think based on pricing & listing strategy/marketing).
