If you've been wondering whether now is a good time to buy or sell in Niagara, here's what the latest numbers are telling us.

The market continues to move in a healthy direction.

✅ Home sales were up 6.4% compared to May.

🏡 New listings also increased, giving buyers plenty of choice while keeping the market active.

Even with that activity, Niagara is still a buyer-friendly market, which means buyers have more opportunities to negotiate and take their time making the right decision.

For sellers, the increase in sales is another encouraging sign that well-priced homes are continuing to attract serious buyers.

One thing I always tell my clients is this:

The market doesn't matter nearly as much as your plan.
