Here’s a look at where the Niagara housing market stood in July — and there are some pretty big differences depending on where you’re looking.
Niagara Falls recorded 105 sales with a benchmark price of $560,600, while St. Catharines saw 150 sales at $528,500. Welland came in at $488,000, while Niagara-on-the-Lake remained considerably higher at $870,900.
The bigger picture? Buyers still have choices, but well-priced homes are moving. For sellers, understanding where your property fits in today’s market — and pricing it accordingly — continues to be important.
