A past client got mad at me for giving her hope. Even though that happened, I'll never stop, so be prepared. 😄
I'm not talking empty hope and promises, I'm talking hope from experience of helping people move for 14 years now.
I have an idea of how this might go ;)

I didnt expect to see that when I took the dog for a walk, but there it is!
Who cares right? The point is that we really don't know what to expect and sometimes there is no rhyme or reason for what happens. Or what doesn't happen.
Why does one house flood twice in a week when the neighbours didn't?
Clients, of course, always ask what I think the house will sell for and how long I think it will take to sell.
That's not an easy question to answer for any real estate agent.
Why? Because life is full of surprises and curveballs.
Your property may sell in a day, or a month, or six months. We do our best to predict based on experience and accurate information.
But that's what we're doing. It's a highly educated guess about what might happen.
I can't control anything, or anyone. No one can.
All we can do is control how we react to what is happening.
