SOLD! 🏡✨ 30 Bianca Drive is officially sold!

It’s no surprise to anyone that this has been a challenging real estate market, and Virgil has been especially tough. But we believed in this home from the beginning, and we were determined to keep trying every angle until we got it sold.

And this home deserved it. A beautiful bungalow that was so well cared for by its owners. In a different market, I truly believe it would have sold within the first week. But this isn’t a different market, and sometimes getting a home sold takes patience, strategy, persistence and a whole lot of determination.

And in the end, those efforts paid off. We received competing offers and SOLD OVER ASKING! 🙌

I am absolutely thrilled for our sellers. They were so lovely to work with and trusted us completely throughout the entire process, even when the market made things difficult.

SOLD! 🏡 This one was extra special.

I’ve worked with this client on several deals over the years. Every time, she tells me, “This is the last one!” And then a year later, here we are again. 😂❤️

This sale came with more than its share of challenges. We listed in a steadily declining market, and then the St. Catharines flooding stopped us in our tracks. We had to suspend the listing while my client dealt with the repairs.

Thankfully, there was no foundation issue or sewer backup. The intense rainfall brought water in through a basement window, which meant removing carpets, repairing drywall and putting everything back together.

While we were still deciding whether to return to the market, a buyer came along, fell in love with the property and the sale came together!

A big shoutout to Kymberley McKee ! It was so lovely working with you!

And a huge congratulations to my longtime client and friend. Thank you for trusting me through another chapter.
