THIS was a 1st for me (and my clients)!! 🍀
Do you remember this house? Lovely in E.V.E.R.Y. way, right?!?! “Snake bit”, SOLD 3 times, yes THREE!! 🍀
Here’s the short story…
These sellers were referred to me last June, just as the real estate market was already sliding due to intentional interest rate hikes by the federal government designed to cool the runaway economy caused by the pandemic. 📉🦠💲
Fast forward TEN very LONG months with FOUR price adjustments amounting to nearly a 20% market adjustment and THREE Sale of Property (SOP) conditional offers, my sellers have finally CLOSED this chapter of their lives and can now enjoy their new home and lifestyle in their new Town. 😀🧲🥂
What else happened that made this transaction even more special is that an agent brought buyers through several months ago and they fell in love with this bungalow.
