Job description
Position Overview: As a Construction Laborer you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction of new roads including water and sewer. Working as part of a team you will participate in a variety of tasks essential to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of water and sewer systems, roads and related infrastructure.
Perform manual labor tasks, including digging trenches, shoveling gravel, and lifting heavy materials.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of experienced crew members.
Follow established safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks and prioritize work assignments.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced crew members.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is desirable.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

construction: 3 years (preferred but not needed)
License/Certification: None required
Class G License (preferred)
