When we’re focused on our goals and pushing hard to see them through, it can be easy to slide into some habits that don’t serve us.

Burnout, and neglecting to learn new things are two great examples.

It’s important to lean back sometimes and examine our processes, acknowledge how we are feeling, and decide whether there’s a way we could be doing better.

And that includes self-care! If you’re burned out, it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to produce your best work.

So use this post as a reminder to examine these things today.
