🏡✨ July Market Update | Nipissing & Parry Sound Districts

There was lots of activity in the July market!
📉 New listings eased slightly from 651 to 623
📈 Homes sold jumped from 240 to 289 — an increase of approximately 20% in just one month, despite fewer new listings!
📉 Months of inventory dropped from 6.38 to 5.72

The average sale price climbed to $586,830, up from $547,028 in June, while homes sold for an average of 96.5% of list price. Homes did take a little longer to sell, with average days on market increasing from 37 to 45 days.

For Buyers, there’s still a healthy amount of inventory to choose from and room to negotiate. For Sellers, the jump in sales shows us that Buyers are absolutely still out there and making moves! 🏡

The takeaway? The summer market is active, and there are opportunities for both Buyers and Sellers.
