Seasonal Grounds is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team in Lethbridge & surrounding areas.
We currently have opportunities for both year-round work and our upcoming 2026–2027 winter snow removal season.
💰 Starting at $20/hour
Pay may be higher depending on experience, skills, reliability, and ability to operate equipment.
🌱 YEAR-ROUND / FULL-TIME POSITION
Work may include:
• Lawn care & property maintenance
• Landscaping
• Sod installation
• Gravel & rock installation
• Paver patios & walkways
• Yard renovations
• General labour
• Equipment operation
❄️ WINTER SNOW REMOVAL
During winter, work includes:
• Residential & commercial snow removal
• Snow blower and equipment operation
• Shovelling sidewalks & entrances
• Salting / ice control
• Loading & unloading equipment
• Early mornings and variable hours after snowfall
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Reliable transportation — own vehicle preferred
• Able to lift and move heavy equipment/materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous landscaping, construction, snow removal or equipment experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
