January stats are in! Not a lot of movement on price year over year but the time on market has shown a significant change. Detached and condos are down 87% and 38% respectively. While townhomes are staying on the market over twice as long shooting up 127% from last year jumping from 30 days all the way up to 68 days on the market.

What are your thoughts about this upcoming spring/summer season? Are we headed for another post@pandemic boom? With interest rates the Loews they’ve been in years and rumours of further reductions could this be the right time to make the move?

Local business shoutout!! has been my go to gym in town since they opened their doors years ago. It is without a doubt the best gym in Squamish. From the plate loaded Hammer Strength equipment to the Olympic lifting platform to the functional training side and upstairs to the cardio equipment and everything in between this place has it all! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s got the best gym atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. Most days my workouts take a little longer because of all the amazing people I bump into! If you are thinking of getting a gym membership and aren’t sure where to start then swing by and try it out. You won’t regret it!!
