Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations of our real estate brokerage, injecting your own style and pizzazz into sales, leasing.
Become the captain of a diverse team of real estate agents, fostering a space for learning, development, and stellar high-fives.
Guide our ship safely through the waters of the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia, as well as other relevant provincial and federal regulations.
Evaluate and endorse contracts and agreements, ensuring they’re as solid as a handshake and in line with company policies.
Settle any tiffs or squabbles between agents or with clients, maintaining peace and positivity.
Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes, ensuring we’re always sailing smoothly.
Build and sustain solid relationships with clients and business partners, becoming everyone's favourite person to do business with.
Qualifications:
Valid Managing Broker's license in the province of British Columbia.
5 years of experience in real estate, with a hat-trick of years in a management role.
A healthy obsession with the Real Estate Services Act and other real estate laws and regulations.
An inspiring leadership style that motivates even the Monday-est of Mondays.
Proven skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and top-tier customer service.
Proficiency in the tech tools of the real estate trade.
