2025 was hard! The real estate market had its lowest sales volume in over 20 years! - it was a painful year for many professionals that work in the industry.
To give some context:
14,000+ realtors in Vancouver.
23,800 total sales in 2025.
That’s an average of 1.7 homes sold per realtor. Ouch.

I’m proud to say that Steve and I were able to sell 70 of those homes. While I’m not the breadwinner between us (that’s Steve’s job) I believe I play an important role on the team. Part of that is learning/growing through experiences that I otherwise wouldn’t get the opportunity to do if I wasn’t on the team. It’s safe to say after this year I feel like I’ve grown exponentially.

Despite the difficult market I was able to have my best year yet professionally! So thank you to all our clients for your trust in us. 👍
