This year has been my real life One Battle After Another SNL sketch. Nothing has come easy so far, but I do love a challenge. And this house was definitely just that. The house was full of good people but needed some TLC to bring it up to speed, and was built at the end of a cul de sac (great!) on an extremely awkward, irregularly shaped lot with a creek and a public path behind the house (not so great!), making it an impossible sell to developers and builders. After selling their loft, we decided to up the difficulty level for deal two of three.
