Yesterday was photo day.

Real estate is full of reminders that no two transactions are ever the same. And that includes the preparation.

The plan looked pretty straightforward on paper. The reality. Not so much. Between schedules, language barriers, emotions, and a few unexpected twists, it took patience, understanding, and flexibility from all involved.

The good new is Byron got the shots we needed, everyone was happy, and there even was some laughter.

Another reminder that in the end, everything works out.

The forecast for the few days I was in Quebec City was rain and upper twenties. While we didn’t see a drop of rain, the city sure prepares! ☂️☂️☂️🤣

More sticky notes than I can count, but that’s the point.

I’m in Quebec City for a few days with fellow coaching members, sharing ideas, challenges, and learning from some incredibly talented colleagues. Every note on this board represents a strategy, lesson, or perspective that will help improve the way we serve our clients and run our businesses.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that growth doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from being willing to listen, learn , and continually refine what we’re doing.
