The market has completely shifted. There are way more homes for sale right now than we’ve seen in years. But fewer people are buying, so prices have dropped about 6% from last year. If you’re buying, you finally have some breathing room. You can take your time, compare options, and actually negotiate. If you’re selling, here’s the reality: there’s a lot of competition. The homes that are selling are the ones priced right from the start. We’re keeping an eye on spring to see if things pick up, but right now it’s definitely a buyer’s market.
