Jeff Purkiss Real Estate Solutions - Royal Lepage Sussex YOUR FAMILY. YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD. YOUR REALTOR. I know because I have been there! Let me help guide your family through the process.

There is no doubt that buying and/or selling a home is a big decision - and this decision is all about what is best for you and your family, and trying to ease the burden of what can be an otherwise stressful experience. I am a working, married, father of 4 who has moved several times on the North Shore and currently live in Central Lonsdale. When you work with me, you can count on personal, attentive, and patient service, with excellent knowledge of the local area and great negotiation skills. I would be pleased to be your partner throughout this process and I am also happy to start by having an informal conversation regarding any question you may have so do not hesitate to reach out via email, phone or text message. On a personal level, I enjoy coaching soccer for both the North Vancouver Football Club (boys) and North Shore Girls Soccer club and have done so for almost 10 years. My wife coaches basketball for the Steve Nash girls league and teaches at a local high school. We can often be found on the hiking trails throughout the north shore, watching our kids sporting events or enjoying many of the excellent restaurants close by. We love this neighbourhood and so will you!
