*Sometimes, what's meant for you simply finds its way back. ❤️🏡*
This home has a special place in my heart.
A little while ago, I showed it to another client who absolutely loved it. We wrote an offer, but in a competitive market, another buyer won. A week later, the home came back on the market. By then, my clients had already found and purchased another home.
Life moved on.
But something kept telling me to check on this property. It was just a feeling I couldn't ignore.
To my surprise, it was still available.
Around that same time, I met a wonderful family who was looking for a home in Waterloo. I asked them to trust me just once and come see a home in Kitchener instead.
