The home they fell in love with became the home they could finally call their own. ❤️ Now, they’re the proud owners of this beautiful home, and we secured it for $20K below asking! 🙌🏼

At our first set of showings, they found a home they liked. It was beautiful, but farther from where they wanted to be. I wanted them to feel confident it fit their lifestyle, so we kept looking.

During our second round of showings, we walked into this gorgeous home and they knew it was the ONE. It checked all their boxes: move-in ready, three bedrooms, and close to schools, Costco, and Yorkdale. They’d asked for a small backyard, but this bigger one turned out to be the perfect fit!

Once they knew this was the home for them, I worked to get them the best deal possible. We secured it for $20K below asking, leaving more room in their budget for savings, new furnitures or whatever it may be!!! ✨
