Are you an electrician looking to grow your skills and work on the frontlines of clean energy innovation in Toronto, Ontario, Canada?
Join PFWCES, an Indigenous-led organization driving sustainable housing and energy projects in Ontario.
We are seeking motivated electricians to become trained and certified Smartwall installers, a next-generation energy storage system designed and invented by a Canadian company competing with Tesla.

Who Should Apply:
Red Seal Electricians preferred, but not required
Must have 2–4 years of relevant electrical experience
Comfortable with residential and commercial installation settings
Interested in learning new technologies and growing with a purpose-driven team

What’s Involved:
Full product training provided by the Smartwall manufacturer
Online test (required for certification)
Once certified, you’ll install Smartwall units for PFWCES clients

Additional Opportunities:
Be part of a growing sales & marketing team, also trained directly by the manufacturer
Help shape the clean energy movement in Indigenous and rural communities
Gain access to unique training, fieldwork, and future employment with a mission-aligned organization
