8 Darrell Drain Cres Asphodel-Norwood

This beautiful Norwood Park Estates bungalow has officially welcomed its new owners.
Built in 2019, this home truly offered the perfect blend of modern comfort, small-town charm, family-friendly living and room to grow. From the bright, open-concept kitchen and inviting family room with its cozy gas fireplace, to the spacious primary retreat and beautifully finished basement, every space was designed with comfortable living in mind.
Outside, the oversized, fully fenced corner lot provided the perfect setting for summer BBQs, morning coffees, watching the kids or pets play, and making memories for years to come.

A heartfelt congratulations to my sellers on this successful sale! May the next chapter bring you just as many wonderful memories as this home has held. 🥂🔑
