Condominium average prices of $290,522 increased 2% from July 2025 and increased

All MLS® 1 sales of 1,475 were down 9% from last July and 1% below the 5-year average.

Overall, July 2026 saw home prices continue to rise despite a slowdown in sales activity, indicating that market values remain resilient while buyer demand has softened compared to last year.

June continued the positive momentum across Manitoba’s housing market.

MLS® sales increased 2% compared to June 2025 and remained above the five year average. Inventory also improved, giving buyers more choice while supporting steady market activity.

Detached homes continued to lead the market, with both sales and average prices increasing year over year. The condominium market remained relatively stable despite modest declines in sales and average price.

Overall, balanced market conditions, steady buyer confidence, and prices above historical averages continue to support a healthy real estate market.
