Did I schedule a closing the day before my birthday? Not intentionally. Did I schedule another closing a couple days before mom’s birthday in November, also not intentionally. 😂

This was a really beautiful SE corner unit at 60 Colborne. The best part about living in this part of old town Toronto is the higher views have a very low chance of being obstructed by tall towers. Wish I could have gotten sunnier pics but it is a really nice pocket in Toronto. Also one of the most unique rooftop pools (once it’s repaired).
