Thank you very much for the Birthday wishes! When I reflect back on the year, there have been so many moments of pure joy. A bit of heartbreak as well but it’s the kind that makes me truly appreciate my loved ones and the life we all have. To commemorate this year of growth, here are some very mature photos of me. 😉

BEFORE/AFTER using AI. I’ve been looking into how AI can enhance the Real Estate process. This is one great example. For this listing I had AI remove the current furniture and then add back in new furnishings. The results were well received with lots of interest and views to the unit. Transaction was completed with multiple parties interested over asking. Enjoy the transformation!!

I had the opportunity to visit the KAWS exhibit at AGO. Admittedly I knew nothing about this artist and thought it would be fun and light hearted. When I got there and actually saw his work it wasn’t what I expected. There’s a melancholy to his art. The picture that I’m in is augmented reality. The platform is blank and you can only see the art through an app. It has the shadow and everything! Pretty neat. This is a small tidbit of all the art. He even did a collab with Nike.

One Vanderbilt, 92nd floor NY. When you arrive everyone is given sunglasses and booties. It all made sense once we got off the elevator. The building is an architectural/design masterpiece with strategically placed mirrors for a stunning effect. Both the building and the views blew me away. I will never forget this experience.

New condo, new city, new beginnings. Today is move in day for a lovely client that I was connected with moving from Toronto to Oakville. I’m truly grateful to be a part of her journey and to have gotten to know her.

Which city in Ontario are renters looking to live and settle in? For many good reasons that city is Oakville. The Niagara region is so beautiful. Spent an amazing day with my sister and the cousins touring the wineries. The grounds at 13th Street Winery were absolutely stunning. I love that there’s an art gallery there.
